OSCSCEWA is the only welfare association working for the development and betterment of OSCSC Ltd emplyees.

We are mainly working for the following:

To work for the benefit, welfare and development of the Members of OSCSC Ltd Service and for Social, Cultural And Professional development of members of the service as well as the Association.
To carry on activities for the extension of knowledge in the fields of management, procurement, scientific storage, finance, accounts and other allied subject related to affairs of ODISHA STATE CIVIL SUPPLIES CORPORATION LTD.
And generally to do all acts and undertake all activities necessary, conducive, incidental or ancillary to attain the above mentioned objects.

Development

To work for the benefit, welfare and development of the Members of OSCSC Ltd Service and for Social, Cultural And Professional development of members of the service as well as the Association. Overall development of members.

Activity

To carry on activities for the extension of knowledge in the fields of management, procurement, scientific storage, finance, accounts and other allied subject related to affairs of OSCSC LTD.

Encourage and Reward

To institute and establish prizes and rewards and to encourage and promote the study and research in the field of management, administration and technique for smooth functioning of OSCSC Ltd.

Co-operation

To co-operate and maintain constructive liaison with organizations interested or working in the field of management of procurement and supply of food grains.Provide conducive environment for above objective.

Share Knowledge

To establish library and reading rooms for the use of the members of the Association and to arrange for circulation and publication of books, journals, research papers, bulletins, pamphlets etc.

Promote Fellow Feeling

To promote among the members of the association a spirit of fellow feeling, develop mutual association by organizing meetings, cultural programmes conducive to the attainment of this objective.

We can share knowledge , expreiences and references among fellow members to make the service life more enjoyable and service worth doing. Expand Knowledge

To publish a journal on the subjects relating to management and administration and publish any circulars, periodical, books leaflet and to prepare, print and publish and distribute such journals, books and other publications.

Broaden Horizon and Outreach

To undertake research and publication of literature on problems and subjects relating to the service more specifically problems concerning the administration, management, law etc.

Contribute

To contribute, donate and give aid, pecuniary or otherwise to any person, association, body and/or movement having objects similar to those of the Association.

How can I be a member of OSCSCEWA?

To become a member of OSCSCEWA one need to be a Regular Employee of OSCSC Ltd.
How can I contribute to OSCSCEWA?

The contributions to OSCSCEWA can be paid by its members and interested generous persons to OSCSCEWA.The contributions are collected under different heads, as declared from time to time. A member/intersted person can contribute only under certain heads declared by OSCSCEWA. Only online contributions are accepted.
Is OSCSCEWA good for me?

OSCSCEWA is acommon platform for welfare activities of employees.The question is not "What I can Get?" but the question is "What I can give to the Society?". If you want to collaborate and give back to the society, then OSCSCEWA is always good for you.
What is the process and time frame of registration ?

Registration for OSCSCEWA is an online process. Once online registration is complete, the perosn has to verify his mail ID. The online generated registration form pdf can be kept for personal reference. After scrutiny(depending on pre-defined criteria) of the same by governing body, the members will be provided with credentails of online portal . After the membership fee is paid online and the member is given a Member ID and access to online resources. The member can get all the online facilites provided by OSCSCEWA.
How can I get the membership and other fee details?

After online registration, the member has to pay the membership fees(once) and Annual subscription fee(January to December of every year). The fees depends on the period of collection. For current fee details please contact treasurer/secretary.
Can my membership be cancelled?

Yes. On non payment of subscription fees(for 2 years) and any other bad conduct, the membership can be cancelled by the governing body. Members need to be disciplined as per the rules of OSCSCEWA.
